For daily use as a Body Oil:
Apply a small amount of the oil onto the desired area of skin (works best when skin is slightly moist, after a shower) and massage in until absorbed.

Apply a generous amount of the oil onto the desired area of skin & begin massaging. Reapply the oil if, and when, necessary.

You can also add a few drops of this oil to your
baths for a soothing effect, if you wish.
